We ship worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
Please note that for international shipments, there may be additional import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are determined by the customs office and are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount of these charges. If any additional customs charges are applied, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.
VARUN BAHL's Exchange Policy allows customers to exchange a product they have purchased under certain conditions. To be eligible for an exchange, the product being returned must be in unused condition with no visible signs of wear or use, and the original tags must be intact. Additionally, the product should not have been purchased at a discount, and only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
If the requisite size/design is not immediately available for exchange, refunds will not be provided. Instead, a store credit voucher will be issued for the purchase value, which can be redeemed within the next 90 days.
Store credit vouchers cannot be used partially. They must be used in a single purchase.
No, the shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will not be reimbursed.
Products and designs made under special customization cannot be returned or refunded.
One-time alterations can be undertaken under specific circumstances.
To exchange a product, send an email to info@varunbahl.com or call the Customer Service Number provided. Return the goods within 15 business days of receiving them, ensuring they are in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with the original tags and sales invoice.
When returning a product for exchange, include the unused goods in their original condition, along with the original tags and sales invoice.
After VARUN BAHL receives the returned package, their team will determine if it is fit for replacement. If deemed fit, they will replace the items or issue a store credit voucher. If deemed not fit, the goods will be sent back. Processing and closing of an exchange issue may take 10 business days.
In the case of receiving a different item from the one ordered, notify VARUN BAHL within 48 hours with the order number. Contact them via email or phone, and they will resolve the issue on priority.
If an order is received in a damaged condition, notify VARUN BAHL within 48 hours with the order number, providing a picture of the damaged product. They will share a Returns and Exchanges form for you to fill in the requisite information.
If you are not available when the merchandise is delivered, it will be taken back, and VARUN BAHL will contact you regarding the same. They make multiple attempts to reach you before returning the order to the warehouse.
